1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to APK AYZ. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the APK AYZ platform, accessible at apkayz.app, including all games, sports betting markets, casino products, promotions, VIP Club benefits, and any other services offered by APK AYZ to Pakistani players.
By registering an account on APK AYZ, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users of APK AYZ and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and APK AYZ. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
2. Account Registration
To use APK AYZ, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and a unique password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
Each individual may hold only one APK AYZ account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonus credits held within them.
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. APK AYZ will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact APK AYZ support immediately via the live chat or email at support@apkayz.app.
- One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
- Your registered mobile number must be active and owned by you personally.
- You must not share your account with any other person.
- APK AYZ reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage.
- Accounts created using false or third-party information will be permanently suspended.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification
APK AYZ is strictly an 18+ platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of account creation. APK AYZ takes underage gambling seriously and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18, with all funds returned minus any bonus credits used.
The platform is intended for use by residents of Pakistan only. If you are accessing APK AYZ from outside Pakistan, you are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. APK AYZ makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any jurisdiction outside Pakistan.
4. Deposits & Payments
All deposits and transactions on APK AYZ are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). APK AYZ does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:
- Easypaisa — Mobile wallet and bank account transfers
- JazzCash — Mobile wallet and bank account transfers
- NayaPay — Digital wallet transfers
- SadaPay — Digital wallet transfers
- Bank transfer (IBFT) — Interbank Fund Transfer from any Pakistani bank
- Visa / Mastercard — Debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks
The minimum deposit amount at APK AYZ is Rs 200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although your payment provider may impose their own limits. Deposits are credited to your APK AYZ wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
APK AYZ does not charge fees on deposits. Any transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account to fund your APK AYZ wallet is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
5. Withdrawals
APK AYZ aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 minutes of approval for standard withdrawal amounts. Larger withdrawals or those flagged for additional identity verification may take longer. You can withdraw to any payment method you have previously used to deposit, subject to the method's availability at the time of withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. To make your first withdrawal, your account must be fully verified — you may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot confirming ownership of the withdrawal account. This is a one-time requirement for most accounts.
- Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name.
- APK AYZ does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard amounts.
- Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- APK AYZ reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if fraud or identity concerns are flagged.
- Repeated deposit-and-withdrawal behaviour without meaningful gaming activity may be treated as bonus abuse.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
APK AYZ offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated within the promotion, as well as the general conditions in this section. By claiming a bonus at APK AYZ, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and other conditions attached to it.
General bonus conditions that apply to all APK AYZ promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered according to the stated requirement first.
- Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless a promotion states otherwise.
- Only bets placed with real-money funds count toward bonus wagering requirements, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- APK AYZ reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed by a player.
- Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
- Suspected bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
- APK AYZ's PSL welcome bonus (200% up to Rs 10,000) is available to new members only and requires a minimum first deposit of Rs 500.
- The Friday Free Rounds promotion (50 rounds on crash games per qualifying Friday deposit) credits the first 20 rounds with zero wagering, and the remaining 30 with a 2x wagering requirement on winnings.
7. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on APK AYZ are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet before confirming it — APK AYZ cannot reverse a correctly processed bet due to player error. In the event of a technical fault causing an incorrect bet to be accepted, APK AYZ reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
All casino games and crash game titles available on APK AYZ that feature a "provably fair" designation use a cryptographic algorithm to determine outcomes. The server seed hash for each round is published before the round begins, allowing independent verification. APK AYZ does not control or manipulate the outcome of any provably fair game.
- Minimum bet across the platform: Rs 50 (varies by game — see individual game information).
- Maximum bet: varies by game and is displayed in the game interface before betting.
- APK AYZ reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual accounts if unusual patterns are detected.
- Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are credited to the bonus wallet until wagering requirements are met.
- In the event of a game server error or disconnection during a live game, APK AYZ will resolve the round according to the last confirmed game state and applicable game rules.

8. PSL & Sports Betting Rules
APK AYZ offers sports betting on Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and other cricket events, with pre-match and live in-play markets available on each fixture. The following rules apply specifically to sports betting on APK AYZ:
- Match abandonment: If a PSL match is officially abandoned before a result is determined, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned to player wallets within 24 hours.
- DLS results: If a match produces a result via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, it is treated as a completed match and all bets settle according to the official DLS result.
- Reduced-over matches: If the number of overs per innings is reduced before the scheduled start time, pre-match bets remain valid unless APK AYZ explicitly states otherwise. Reductions announced after the original scheduled start time may result in some markets being voided.
- Live betting: All live in-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to a brief delay between placing and confirmation. Bets placed after the relevant outcome has occurred will be voided.
- Void bets: In-play bets voided due to technical issues or data feed errors will have stakes returned. Settled bets will not be reversed unless an error on APK AYZ's part can be demonstrated.
- Maximum payout: The maximum payout on a single PSL bet is Rs 5,000,000 per event, subject to review for high-value accumulator tickets.
9. VIP Club Terms
The APK AYZ VIP Club has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Membership in each tier is determined by cumulative points earned through real-money wagering activity on the platform. Points are awarded at a consistent and transparent rate, which APK AYZ publishes in the VIP Club section of the platform.
- VIP points are earned on real-money bets only. Bets placed using bonus funds do not earn VIP points.
- Tier upgrades are processed monthly based on points accumulated in the preceding calendar month.
- Tier downgrades may occur if activity falls below the minimum threshold for a given tier over a rolling three-month period.
- VIP benefits — including dedicated account managers, private tables, and cashback — are activated at the start of the month following qualification and remain active for that calendar month.
- APK AYZ reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, point accumulation rates, and tier benefits. Members will be notified of material changes to the VIP programme at least 14 days in advance.
- VIP benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
10. Responsible Gaming
APK AYZ takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help members manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible directly from the account dashboard and include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, self-exclusion (temporary or permanent), and cooling-off periods.
Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated, APK AYZ will honour it and will not send promotional communications to the affected account for the duration of the restriction. Reactivation of a self-excluded account is subject to a mandatory waiting period and a review process.
APK AYZ's responsible gaming team monitors account activity for patterns that may indicate problematic behaviour. Where such patterns are identified, the team may proactively contact the member concerned and suggest responsible gaming tools. In serious cases, APK AYZ may impose restrictions on the account without prior notice.
11. Account Suspension & Closure
APK AYZ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if it determines that these Terms have been violated. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
- Operating multiple accounts
- Suspected fraudulent activity, including collusion or the use of automated bots
- Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against APK AYZ without prior contact
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward APK AYZ staff
- Failure to meet identity verification requirements
Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, APK AYZ may withhold any bonus balances or winnings derived from the breach. Genuine real-money deposits not connected to the breach will be returned after a reasonable investigation period. APK AYZ will notify you of the reason for any account action where legally permissible to do so.
You may also choose to close your own APK AYZ account at any time by contacting support. Your real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method once any pending verification steps are completed.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the APK AYZ platform — including but not limited to the brand name APK AYZ, logos, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of APK AYZ or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any APK AYZ content without prior written consent.
Your use of APK AYZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the APK AYZ platform or its game content.
13. Limitation of Liability
APK AYZ is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, available at all times, or free from technical faults. APK AYZ shall not be liable for any loss resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or force majeure events.
APK AYZ's liability to any individual member is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that member's account wallet at the time of the relevant event. APK AYZ shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind, including lost profits or betting opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits APK AYZ's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Amendments to These Terms
APK AYZ may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, APK AYZ will notify registered members via the email address or mobile number on file, and will display a notice on the platform homepage for a period of at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the APK AYZ platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.
15. Contact & Dispute Resolution
If you have any question about these Terms, or if you believe a transaction, bet settlement, or account action has been handled incorrectly, please contact the APK AYZ support team in the first instance. APK AYZ aims to acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by APK AYZ, you may seek independent advice or escalate the matter through appropriate channels as permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of APK AYZ's platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint process above shall be referred to the jurisdiction where APK AYZ is licensed to operate.
